WHAT DOES VIDEO CONFERECING EQUIPMENT MEAN?

I have been wanting into the Synology line of NAS drives, particularly the DS211. What I really like is the fact it runs rsync, so I might be able to do truly great incremental backups making use of DeltaCopy for Windows and could do my backups around a protected link. Does everyone have any working experience applying Synology NAS drives for this
